This Daler Rowney Impasto Gloss Gel Medium is a white translucent heavy bodied gel that provides a cost effective means of covering large areas with impasto colour when mixed with pure acrylic colour. The more Impasto Gloss Gel Medium that is added to acrylic paint, the more transparent and glossy the acrylic colours will become. The drying times of the acrylic paint will be slowed down, but not significantly, and it may take a day or more for the full gloss sheen to develop.

This Daler Rowney Gloss Impasto Medium helps to retain brush marks and palette knife techniques when mixed with pure acrylic colour, preserving texture and peaks in your painting.
