This Lokta Natural Thin Himalayan Handmade Paper is from Nepal. Lokta paper is exotic and textured with deckled edges. The handmade paper is produced from the fibres of indigenous plants high in the mountains surrounding Kathmandu.

The nature of the production process inevitably leads to a variation in shade, texture, sheet size and substance. The Himalayan Range of Handmade Papers come in a range of colours and textures depending what they are made from. Lokta Papers come in large sheets that are 51x76cm in size. The weight of Lokta Natural Thin Paper is 30gsm.
