Schmincke AQUA Effect Medium will create random, interesting surface effects on watercolour paintings. To use, simply spray the Schmincke AQUA Effect Medium onto the still wet or humid watercolour paint. Areas that you want to remain in the original paint need to be masked off first.

Spray this medium at a distance of approximately 20 – 30 cm. If you are painting onto a strong absorbent surface than this medium won't create any effect.

Perfect for creating abstract water colour techniques.
