Use Pebeo Cerne Relief outliners with Pebeo Vitrail glass paints to imitate a stained glass effect. Cerne Relief is applied directly from the tube with the fine nozzle before applying the Vitrail colours.
Leave to dry for 1 - 2 hours before filling in the areas of colour with your glass paint. Ideal for decorating glass objects, canvas, cards and more.
