Daler Rowney Pastel Paper

Daler Rowney Pastel Papers have a textured surface for pastel, pencil and charcoal. These Pastel Pads come in various colours and the paper is acid free.

What is the difference between Daler Rowney Ingres Pastel Paper & Murano Paper?

Daler Rowney Ingres Pastel Paper is a 160gsm textured pastel paper with an excellent tooth for traditional pastel work. It is mould-made which is what creates its textured surface. Named after the Neoclassical French painter Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres, this pastel paper comes in pads of 3 assorted whites or 6 assorted popular colours.

Each pad contains 24 sheets and is interleaved with crystal sheets to protect your pastel drawings. They are spiral bound, making them perfect for sketching outdoors.

Daler Rowney Murano Pastel Pads are also 160gsm thick but come in different colour selections: warm, cool or neutral tones. Each pad contains 30 sheets of pastel paper.

Murano paper has a naturally textured surface with a high cotton content. Use it for pastel work, pencil, charcoal and mixed media applications. It is also popular with crafters for card making and for printing on.

Single sheets of A4 Daler Rowney Murano Paper are also available.
