These Pebeo Porcelaine Marker Pens have a 1.2mm rounded bullet tip. They can be used to decorate, draw and write on to china, porcelaine, ceramics, metal, glass, terracotta, etc.
The pen format is easier to use and control compared to using the Porcelaine Paint directly from the bottle. This makes them ideal for kids parties and beginners. Try using these Porcelaine Markers to customise your own mug, plate or bowl!
To use Pebeo Porcelaine Pens, first, shake the pen well with the lid on, then press the tip down repeatedly on some scrap paper to start the ink flow. Make sure that the surface is grease free and then you are ready to start drawing. Store the Pens flat when not in use.
Your finished design will air dry in approximately 72 hours. It can then be gently cleaned in warm soapy water.
For a more permanent finish on objects that will be used a lot such as mugs and plates, let it dry for a minimum of 24 hours and then bake it in a domestic oven at 150°C (300°F) for 35 minutes. Do not preheat the oven. Once baked, it will then be dishwasher resistant.
These Pens have excellent lightfastness and give a glossy enamelled finish. They are also available in a finer 0.7mm nib for more detailed work.
