Daler-Rowney Fine Grain Cartridge Pads 160gsm provide a versatile, lightly textured surface suitable for a wide range of drawing and sketching techniques. Made from crisp white, high-quality cartridge paper, this 160gsm pad offers an excellent balance of strength, control and flexibility for both practice work and more developed artwork.
The fine grain texture gives the paper a subtle tooth, making it particularly well suited to pencil, graphite, charcoal, pastel and pen and ink. This light texture provides improved grip for shading and tonal work while still supporting clean detail and controlled line drawing.
The heavier 160gsm cartridge paper also handles light watercolour washes and ink techniques with ease, giving artists greater versatility than lighter drawing papers. Internally sized with synthetic sizing, the paper supports consistent mark-making and allows for easy corrections without compromising the surface.
Each pad contains 30 sheets and is gummed along one edge, allowing pages to be removed cleanly and easily. This makes the pad suitable for sketching, finished work, presentation and portfolio use.
