Derwent Inktense 24 Wooden Box

24 Derwent Inktense Pencils are in a beautiful wooden box. Derwent Inktense pencils are artist quality coloured watersoluble pencils. They can be used dry and produce a vibrant colour. When a wash is applied beautiful transluscent ink-like effects can be achieved. When dry the colour is then permanent and can be worked over with other media.
