Michael Harding Refined Pale Linseed Oil increases the gloss and transparency of oil paints with less yellowing. It will thin the paint and increase the flow.
This medium slows the drying time of oil paint. It can also be mixed with dry ground pigments to create your own oil colours.
This alkali linseed oil is a pale oil that has been extracted from the seeds of the flax plant. It is used in many of Michael Harding's oil paints because it produces the best paint film during the drying process, ensuring the longevity of each painting.
It is paler than the regular linseed oil, resulting in less yellowing to colours when mixed with the oil paint, especially whites and paler colours.
Available in a 100ml bottle.
