Winsor & Newton Artists' Satin Varnish is a superior quality, UV resistant, satin varnish. It can be removed with Artists’ White Spirit or Distilled Turpentine. This Oil Satin Varnish is quick drying, non-yellowing and will not crack.
Before varnishing your oil painting it is recommeneded that you wait for at least 6 months (12 months on thicker oil applications) to ensure that all layers of oil paint are dry.
