Liquitex Flow Aid Medium breaks water tension to improve flow, absorbency and blending of any water based paint, ink or dye and eliminates brush strokes. Use flow aid with Liquitex Soft Body acrylic paint to create very fluid washes without hard edges.

Flow Aid Medium is great for achieving staining effects onto raw canvas. You should not add more than 25% of flow aid as there is no binder in this medium and it can weaken the stability of the paint film when too much is added.
