Conte Carres 48 Assorted Set

This Conte Carres Set contains 48 assorted colours. These pastels are designed to be used feely and spontaneously. Conte Carres Pastel Crayons are used by many pastel artists because of the selection of pigments, the lightfastness, the exceptional brightness and the purity of colours provided by these pastels.  Artists can work using the flat edge of the pastel to lay down colour quickly or you can use the pastel upright on the angles to create fine lines and sketching techniques.

Conte Carres also come in a range of 84 individual colours and various other sets. Conte Carres Pastels are suitable for all types of grained surfaces and compatible with other items in the range such as pastel pencils are charcoal. Fixing the pastels afterwards is recommended.
