Amsterdam Acrylic Thickening Medium 250ml

Amsterdam Acrylic Thickening Medium helps to increase the viscosity of acrylic paint and reduce the gloss without having an effect on the colour strength or the opaqueness. After using Thickening Medium you should see an increase in the retention of brush strokes which some artists prefer.

To use Thickening Medium, simply mix with Acrylic Paint and paint onto your canvas or chosen primed surface. Only a small amount of the medium needs to be applied to Acrylics for it to take effect, and for best results please stir the Thickening Medium before use.

Please note that Amsterdam Acrylic Thickening Medium is only suitable for acrylics, and should not be used with any other paints.
